Patlon Awarded Over $30M in Contracts from Irving Shipbuilding to Support River-Class Destroyer Fleet
Ontario-based Patlon Aircraft & Industries Limited has joined Irving Shipbuilding Inc.’s supply chain, supporting the construction of the future Canadian Surface Combatants, now known as the River-class destroyers. Irving has awarded Patlon contracts to design and install flexible hose systems and bellows on the new ships.

Defence Minister Bill Blair said Monday that he’s ready to work with the incoming Donald Trump administration to speed up Canada’s timeline to meet its NATO alliance spending targets.
